No, it’s not possible. The bigger thing I’d worry about is that the Thalmor have a habit of winding up on everyone’s bad side. You can, of course, enforce things like the ban on Talos worship and refuse to help some people going against them, but the Thalmor don’t have a proper questline.

Killing Ondolemar in front of witnesses will only result in a 40 gold bounty for assault. If Ondolemar is killed and then Dead Thralled, his Thalmor Soldiers will follow him around Markarth. However, attacking non-hostile characters will cause the soldiers to turn hostile.
Is the Bards College worth doing?
It is worth doing for the skill quests, but you get far more out of those rewards if you do the quests when you’re a higher level (i.e.: going from level 49 to 50 in a skill for free is far more valuable than going from level 5 to 6). Personally I really liked the bards college quests. Skills and loot are good.

Execution Orders are normally issued because of the assault on the Thalmor Embassy in the main questline during the quest Diplomatic Immunity. The wiki on Thalmor Justicars states: The Justiciars may also attack immediately if the Dragonborn is wearing an Amulet of Talos.

The only way the Dragonborn could become offically the High King, is through the proper Nord tradition of the Moot. The Dragonborn would need the support of the majority of the Jarls to become High King.

If the Dragonborn chooses to kill Tullius himself, he cannot be killed. The way to bypass this bug is to use healing hands on Tullius which will kill him. PC If Ulfric uses Unrelenting Force on Tullius during the battle, he may become paralyzed and may not get up.

Normally you can’t marry Elisif the Fair, it requires a mod that is known to be a bit buggy. Since Elisif doesn’t normally have the dialogue for marriage the conditions are not easily met and may cause problems.
