What is the difference between Siren: Blood Curse and Siren New Translation?
Any copy of Blood Curse you find will have the same English and Japanese cast, but full English subtitles, menus et cetera. Again: the only difference between New Translation and Blood Curse is the language of the in-game text. Otherwise they’re identical.
Should I play Siren or Siren: Blood Curse?
Skip it – Blood Curse, as a remake, is better in every way, except the story and length are much shorter – but that’s the nature of downloadable games I suppose. Siren 2, on the other hand, deserves a reccomendation. If you’re going to get in on the Siren series (which you should), Blood Curse is the cream of the crop.
