I had a lvl 80 (albeit reasonably geared) Balance druid heal us through Heroic Culling Of Strath. We didn’t wipe once. So it’s possible, but id check out the tanks gear first. You could be the best healer in the world fully specced resto and still have trouble healing a tank who is sub par.
