You prepare spells as though you were a single caster at a time: a cleric 1 can prepare level 1 cleric spells. A wizard 3 can prepare 1st and 2nd level wizard spells. There are even examples to help you.
Can clerics use magic?
Clerics are versatile figures, both capable in combat and skilled in the use of divine magic, which they employ without any restriction despite encumbrance of their armour. In earlier versions of the games they were restricted to using bludgeoning weapons, such as maces, staffs, and war-hammers.
Does a cleric need a holy symbol to cast spells?
The holy symbol is a spellcasting focus. Spellcasting foci by design are only used to replace non-costly, non-consumed material components. If your player is casting a spell without material components, they do not need their holy symbol at all and can cast it normally.
What skills do clerics need?
Wisdom (WIS) is your most important stat, followed closely by Constitution (CON) and Strength (STR). How you want to play your cleric will determine how important STR ultimately is, but remember that no matter how you build your DDO character, CON determines your hit points (HP) and thus, your survivability.
Do all clerics have cure wounds?
Do clerics get cure wounds without life domain? Yes. They can get any spell in the cleric spell list. It’s just that life clerics have it prepared 24/7.
Can a cleric prepare a spell for a wizard?

Which is an example of a multiclassed cleric and Wizard?

Can a Barbarian / Wizard multiclass cast a spell?
