You can prepare any of the inflict wounds spells as a Good Aligned Cleric, because they do not have the Evil descriptor. What you can’t do is spontaneously cast your prepared spells as inflict wounds spells in the same way that you can do that for cure wounds spells.
Can you cast inflict wounds with a weapon?
Basically, it’s Cast A Spell (action) requiring an attack roll, not an Attack (action) which substitutes a spell for a weapon. You can’t use sneak attack with inflict wounds. If the DC is 10 (someone just did 20 damage to the Sorcerer) your target number is 6 (nearly guaranteed). Can a cleric wield a shield and spear?

Can a war cleric destroy someone in 5e?
