1 Answer. This is information gathered from the wiki as well as (unfortunate) personal experience. Deaths don’t end hardcore if they are counted as “safe death” in the regular game.
Is daemonheim safe death?
Nope! DG deaths are considered safe as long as it’s not inside the elite dungeons.

Is LMS safe for HCIM Osrs? Yes. It’s a safe minigame for HCIM.
Is had a safe death for HCIM rs3?
In general, if the player would keep all of their items as a non-hardcore account, the death is safe for hardcore ironmen.
Can Ironman use portables?
Ironmen cannot interact with any portable skilling stations. Portable skilling stations last 5 minutes once placed, but additional locations of the same type can be used on it (by any non-Ironman player, not just the original placer) to extend the duration by 5 minutes each, up to one hour.
Can you become an Ironman after tutorial island?
It is not possible to become an ironman on an account that has completed tutorial island. It is also not possible to become an ultimate ironman from an ironman account. Keep this in mind, there is no going back once you leave Tutorial Island!
Can Ironman do coop Slayer?
Daemonheim cannot be entered with other players. Co-op Slayer is disabled. Elite training dummies and portable skilling stations placed by other players cannot be used (and, as Treasure Hunter exclusive items, cannot be earned) by ironmen. Features in other players’ player-owned houses are disabled.
