Druidic Focus: A Druidic focus might be a Sprig of mistletoe or holly, a wand or scepter made of yew or another Special wood, a staff drawn whole out of a living tree, or a totem object incorporating feathers, fur, bones, and teeth from sacred animals. A druid can use such an object as a Spellcasting Focus.
Can a staff be a spell focus?

Can a cleric use a staff as a focus?
You can use the same staff as your arcane focus and as a quarter staff. But I wouldn’t with the 50 GP crystal on the end of it. It’s a cool idea with classic imagery. Generally speaking, the crystal should be fine.
Can you use a staff as a quarterstaff?

Can a druid focus staff double as a quarterstaff?
The druid is much closer to nature and uses a druidic focus rather than an arcane one. We see that the staff for the druidic focus has a far more…utilitarian description. There is nothing here that makes it not a quarterstaff (though it may be rougher than a typical staff).
Can a druid use a staff as a shield?
If so, a shield would limit my spellcasting very much, but still it seems most ppl use a shield for their druid (at least spore druid). Is there any workaround except Warcaster? 1a: Yes, the effect of the rules is that all staff foci can be used as quarterstaffs unless they say otherwise.
