A familiar can’t Attack, but it can take other Actions as normal. When the familiar drops to 0 Hit Points, it disappears, leaving behind no physical form. It reappears after you cast this spell again. While your familiar is within 100 feet of you, you can communicate with it telepathically.
Can a familiar Be Polymorphed?
Yes, you can change your familiar into a Tabaxi using True Polymorph. Note, it has to keep the same CR. Most familiars are CR 0, so you could change these into a Tabaxi that would have the stats of Commoner but given the racial features (take statblock, apply the ASI, traits, etc).

No, a familiar conjured from Find Familiar cannot decipher or cast any spell scroll. From Spell Scroll: If the spell is on your class’s spell list, you can read the scroll and cast its spell without providing any material components. Otherwise, the scroll is unintelligible.

Can you have two awaken spells at the same time?
First off, you cannot have two effects of the same name (in this case Awaken) active on the same thing as the same time. So you can’t have multiple _Awaken_s on a single creature; whether cast by one caster or multiple casters. Secondly, as the spell states, “The target also gains the ability to speak one language you know.”
Is the awaken spell a charm or mind control?
Since awaken is not a charm or mind-control spell, there’s nothing to prevent awakened animals from resenting mistreatment in the same way a normal person of their intelligence level would, and they’re no more inclined to be automatically servile than anyone else.
Is there a way to dispel an awaken spell?
Just a Dispel Magic should do it. Awaken has Instantaneous duration, so once it’s had its effect, there’s no magic to Dispel (much like you can’t dispel a healing spell after it has restored hit points). It is an ongoing magical effect from the spell though.
