There’s no option to gift the StarCraft II campaign bundle on the Blizzard shop. Gifting for StarCraft II Campaign bundles is currently disabled on the Blizzard Shop.

To gift a Blizzard product to a friend, select the product in the Battle.net Shop and click Gift instead of Buy Now. On the next screen, you can choose to enter your friend’s BattleTag or email address.

It is not possible to transfer Balance from one Battle.net account to another. However, you can buy Battle.net Balance as a gift to another account through the Battle.net shop. Once your purchase is processed, the recipient will receive an email within 72 hours with instructions to claim their gift.

As of Season 4, Black Ops Cold War allows players to gift Battle Passes and Store bundles to their friends. Can you re-download Starcraft 2 if you lose the disc?
