Ganz, the company that owns the Webkinz brand, has announced that it will permanently delete all archived, inactive accounts on October 1st, 2019. If you’ve left your account inactive for more than a year and don’t log in by September 30th, your pet will be deleted forever.

How do you create a baby on Webkinz?
To do this, go to the Adoption Center, and tap the Baby area. There you will select the two pets and tap “Use Sparks”. Note that there is a Diamond cost to creating a baby. Your baby will take features from its parents, but will also receive unique features all its own.
Can you use old pet codes in New Webkinz?
Can I use my old pet codes in new Webkinz? No. For the same reasons above, those pets simply aren’t in the game to adopt. To avoid players thinking that the codes will work, we’ve made pet codes 15 characters here, instead of the 8 in Classic.
How do you adopt a Webkinz?
For a first adoption or to open a new account, visit click on “New Member” and follow the instructions for creating a new account. As part of the account creation process, a time zone must be chosen. All activities in Webkinz World will occur based on the time zone chosen.

Does a Webkinz account expire?
Webkinz accounts don’t expire anymore. You can still access it even if you don’t adopt a pet yearly and whatnot. If you don’t adopt a new pet by December 10th your account goes into limited mode, where you can only participate in and do certain things. Then if you adopt another pet your account goes back into the full mode again.
