Can major image create multiple creatures?

Major image only lets you create one image of yourself. Note the singular there. Only one illusion of one creature can be created by the spell.

Yes, you just need two spells to do it. You cast silent image to give you the visuals, then minor illusion to add sound. Neither spell requires concentration, so keeping them both up at the same time isn’t a problem.
