The description in PHB says Human in appearance with specific Fiendish Heritage stigmata: Solid-color eyes of 5 colors; a pair long horns of any kind – gazelle, ram, bovine, etc.; canine-like fangs; long tail; and the skin can be Human tones graduating to red or black tones. The legs are normal Human legs.
