Can Truesight see through sleet storm?
As is stated in the PHB, pg. 185, truesight can definitely allow vision in darkness, both normal and magical, much as the Devil’s Sight for Warlocks. Given that the description of the Darkness spell notes that it creates a magical darkness, creatures with truesight can see in and through it.

Does true sight see through disguises?
Truesight lets you “automatically detect visual illusions and succeed on saving throws against them” – however it doesn’t automatically dispel them or allow you to see through them. Careful use of Minor Illusion could create a disguise, the monster would know there is an illusion, and the illusion would become faint.

Any creature on the ethereal plane is invisible to the stuff in the castle corridor, but the creatures in the corridor are visible to the ethereal denizens. Creatures on the ethereal plane also feel no gravity, and can move through walls easily.

Can a ghost move into the invisible plane?
Ghosts and other such incorporial undead can move into this plane at will (which is what allows them to turn invisible). If a character can use true sight, they can see into this plane. So if anything is spying on them using this plane, they will see it.
