Spell as bonus action, Attack as action spells have a casting time of “1 bonus action.” As long as you meet all of the other requirements for casting such a spell, there’s no reason you can’t Attack as your action and cast your spell as a bonus action.
Can you cast a spell with extra attack?
If you want to cast a spell on your turn, you take the Cast a Spell action. A game feature, such as Extra Attack, that lets you make an attack doesn’t let you cast a spell unless it says it does.
