You can end concentration at any time (no action required). It means you don’t need to use a reaction, so you can elect to just end it.
Can you cast concentration spells while raging?
It simply says you cannot cast and/or concentrate on a spell while Raging. So as you can see, you’re very limited in what you could pre-cast and, until level 2 spells, you’re not going to have anything that really helps make you Barbarian harder.

So on turn three you could maintain Concentration on a Bless, cast Sacred Flame as an Action, and then either use the already cast Spiritual Weapon or cast an entirely different Bonus Action spell (as long as it does not require concentration) and still not lose the Bless or Spiritual Weapon so it could be used in subsequent turns.
