If you’re blinded and want to remove the condition yourself, cast lesser restoration. The spell doesn’t require sight, only touch. If you are blinded you can’t cast the spell that cures blindness on yourself!
Can you cast spells while blind?
If the spell says “that you can see” then the caster can’t cast that spell. If the spell requires a melee spell attack or a ranged spell attack, then the player rolls at disadvantage. Otherwise, the spell goes off without modification. If you are blind, you can still call down a fireball, “30 feet in front of me!”
Can you use an opportunity attack to cast a spell?
You can’t if the spell attack is created by casting a spell. When a creature triggers an opportunity attack from you, you can use your reaction to make a melee attack against it. The opportunity attack doesn’t suddenly give you the ability to cast a spell, such as shocking grasp. Each spell has a casting time.
