You can do every raid once a week, and the lockout resets on Tuesdays if you’re from NA and on Wednesdays if you’re from EU. My list excludes LFR which is an additional difficulty from DS at level 85 and onwards.
How many times can you loot a raid in wow?
You can run them as many times as you like if you join someone else’s instance of the raid, but you can only loot each boss once per week per difficulty.

As people keep making the ‘He has 2 LFR kills’ point without reading the thread, I just wanted to reiterate that you can run LFR as many times as you want. The only thing that is limited to once per week is loot. It is also entirely possible he won both items.

You will get one piece of loot for every 5 people in the raid. Every person adds an additive 20% chance to drop a piece of loot.
Does Raid Finder lock you from normal?
If you ran a normal group finder raid (Under premade groups), you are most definitely locked out this week. If you used looking for group > raid finder. Then you shouldn’t be locked.
Can you only get raid gear once a week?
You can only get armor or weapons once per week per character.
Can I do same raid on different difficulties?
Some raids share their normal/heroic lockouts. Any raids that are prior to siege of orgrimmar have a shared lockout. You cannot run it on multiple difficulties in the same week.
How much loot drops mythic Plus Shadowlands?
Mythic+ Loot Changes in Shadowlands Season 1 Compared to Battle for Azeroth, the base amount of loot that will drop from a Mythic+ dungeon has been decreased to 1 (down from 2). However, the bonuses that increase the amount of loot dropped seem to continue to apply.
