So, what does this mean? Basically, any character can dual wield in 5e so long as they use two weapons with the Light property. Whenever you use the Attack action you can make an additional attack with your off-hand weapon as a bonus action. You still add your Attack Modifier to the attempt.
Can a longsword be dual wielded?
