You’ll already have the achievements and will not be able to earn them a second time. Achievements are tied to your GFWL account, not the CD key you use to install the game.
Can you unlock achievements on PC?

The only people who can remove achievements/gamerscore are the enforcement team & they only do that if you have modded your gamerscore.As only xbox 360 game achievements can be modded then only they would be reset & they would reset your whole gamerscore & you wouldn’t be able to unlock them again on that profile.
