Can you grapple multiple targets 5e?

If you’re able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this attack replaces one of them. The target of your grapple must be no more than one size larger than you, and it must be within your reach.

Does grapple trigger extra attack?

No. The Attack action counts as the Attack action. But a feature that triggers when you take the Attack action (like Extra Attack) is not invalidated by grappling or shoving. If it only requires the Attack action, then yes, it’s compatible with grappling or shoving.

Can you grapple and attack with multi attack?

Generally, no. The monster’s Multiattack entry will specify not just the number of attacks they can take, but which of their attacks (defined in the same section of their statblock) they are allowed to take. They can’t just swap any of those out with grapple or shove or any other attacks they might have.
