You can infuse more than one nonmagical object at the end of a long rest; the maximum number of objects appears in the Infused Items column of the Artificer table. You must touch each of the objects, and each of your infusions can be in only one object at a time.
Does mind sharpener require attunement?
Edit: This applies to other infusions as well, but this one is particularly noticeable given it doesn’t require attunement (even though RAW attunement is negligible on infusions). Mind sharpener infusion starts with 4 charges and regains 1d4 charges at dawn.
Can I infuse my arcane armor?
Arcane Armor can only be infused if it is nonmagical. This is no different than an artificer being unable to apply Radiant Weapon to a Holy Avenger, or Repeating Shot to an Oathbow. Armorers who wish to make full use of their Armor Modifications class feature need to use nonmagical armor to do so.
Can Artificers infuse magical items?
Artificer: You can only infuse a non-magical item. Arcane Firearm doesn’t prohibit or require using a magic item.
Can you put infusions on magic items?
No, since an infusion makes an item magical, and can’t be put onto a magical item. Nope, one infusion per object.
Do artificer infusions count as attunement?
Attunement and Infusions are not the same thing. An Attunement is just a normal item made into a magical one. Wether or not it then requires Attunement depends on the Infusion (it says so on the infusion itself or the magic Item you can recreate).
Can you turn magic armor into arcane armor?
The armor in this subclass unleashes powerful attacks and provides a formidable defense. The armor is a conduit for magic, and can transform into Arcane Armor with smith’s tools. Arcane Armor has no Strength requirement and can be used as a spellcasting focus in D&D.
Do you need a mind sharpener for an artificer?
Mind Sharpener TCoE: Many artificers will scoff at this, and lean toward Enhanced Armor instead, but this is absolutely worth consideration. Artificers have a lot of really good buffs which require Concentration, and while they do get Proficiency in Constitution saves that’s still a gamble.
Which is the best infusion for artificer in 5e?
Enhanced Defense ERLW / TCoE: +1 or +2 AC doesn’t sound like much, but in 5e’s bounded math it’s a significant buff at any level in 5e. This Infusion is one of the ways that the Artificer achieves the insanely high AC for which they’re often known.
Which is the only infusion which you can learn more than once?
Replicate Magic Item is the only Infusion which you can learn more than once, and there’s no restriction on creating the sime item more than once. This means that you can create multiple bags of holding and turn them into single-use bombs.
Which is the best infusion for replicate magic item?
Replicate Magic Item ERLW / TCoE: This is probably the best Infusion option at any level, but it’s not so good that I recommend spending all of your Infusion slots on it. Because the list of item options is so long I moved them to their own section. See “Replicate Magic Item”, below.
