The indigo layer of prismatic wall prevents you from casting spells through it. This doesn’t stop a spell with a range of self, such as misty step, but it does stop dimension door, which has a range of 500 ft. #DnD.
Can prismatic wall be dispelled?
A prismatic wall can’t be dispelled, and is unaffected by an antimagic field (and, implicitly, other forms of antimagic, like a beholder’s central eye beam). Instead, each layer of the wall must be destroyed individually, and only through very specific means.

You and creatures you designate at the time you cast the spell can pass through and remain near the wall without harm. If another creature that can see the wall moves to within 20 feet of it or starts its turn there, the creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become blinded for 1 minute.
Is the spell Spike growth relevant to involuntary movement?
The spell Spike Growth will damage a creature moving into or within its area of effect even if the movement is involuntary, such as the effect of forced movement from the spell Thorn Whip. The Spike Growth spell description says: When a creature moves into or within the area, it takes 2d4 piercing damage for every 5 feet it travels (PHB, pg 277)
