Multiattack is its own action, so it does not stack with “Extra Attack”, as you don’t take an attack action. As Reckless attack doesn’t mention the attack action, i would argue that you can use it for your multiattack.
Can I wild shape and attack?
1) Wildshape normally takes an action, so unless the form has an attack action that uses a bonus action, no you can’t attack in the same round you shapechange. Unless your a Circle of the Moon druid, in which case, shapeshifting takes only a bonus action.
