You can’t restart specific missions. To reset the entire playthrough, select your character, when the menu pops up asking which playthroug, highlight UVHM and at the very top of the bar it says press Y to reset.
Can you redo missions in Borderlands 3?
Enemies are tougher, just like in Mayhem, but you can skip the intro and replay main missions for even further XP and better loot. The downside is that you have to beat the whole story again to unlock Mayhem Mode on top of True Vault Hunter.
What does resetting UVHM do?

Explosions are fun. Master mode is a neat playstyle, but doesn’t offer the variety that normal mode does. Is there a way to revert back to game plus?
The only way to revert back is to make a back up of your save before starting NG+. The backup and restore method mentioned here is a good way to preserve your old save while also using it in NG+. All enemies are buffed with small health increase on Game+, this is most noticeable in Nightmare mode.
How does playthrough 2.5 actually work?
The quality of mission rewards are not actually increased compared to classic Playthrough 2, but the higher level enemies can lead to better mission-specific loot.
