The Character Transfer service allows you to move characters to other realms, different World of Warcraft accounts, or from one Battle.net account to another. To transfer a character to another Battle.net account, both accounts must be registered under the same account holder name.
Is World of Warcraft region locked?
World of Warcraft accounts cannot be transferred between regions. However, your Battle.net account can have multiple World of Warcraft accounts in multiple regions at the same time. Game progress is not shared across accounts and regions.

As of 22 June 2019 there are 226 active servers available to choose from the the Americas WoW client. The eleven missing ones are listed above in this paragraph, along with the twelve that shouldn’t be in this list.

Is Battle Net region locked?
By default, you will play in your home region, which is determined by your country of residence. Choosing to play in a different region may negatively affect your connection to our servers. When your client patches, you will be locked out of any other regions that have not yet received that patch.
Is Wow classic free?

Can you transfer WoW account from us to EU?
I know the common answer for this that EU game has different license than US game, but still I dont understand the idea about it! I mean they are both Blizzard`s and they are both WoW and they have the same content… etc.

I have an EU battle net account and I have always played WoW on EU servers. Now I would like to play with my Canadian friends. Is there any way for me to do this with my current account Yes. All you have to do is register a new World of Warcraft account for the region that you want to play in.
Can You Move Your WoW account to another region?
No, your account is tied to a region. The realmlist.wtf file is just for the purpose of getting the realms from a different region. So lets say you have created an US account, you would only have to change the realmlist.wtf file to change the login servers (and realm servers) to those from the US. Actually this is possible.
Can you play US servers from EU account?
Does this mean that if I manage to buy the US version of the game I can use this account and play the US servers, or will it see that my account is a European one and redirect me to everything EU even if I try to buy the US version of the game? I bought the game, the US version I thought, but ended up on the EU servers anyway.
