Mobile feat does not only increase your movement speed. It also negates difficult terrain when you Dash and allows for the avoidance of opportunity attacks. When you make a melee attack against a creature, you don’t provoke opportunity attacks from that creature for the rest of the turn, whether you hit or not.

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile. mobility feat is underwhelming with a monk once you start getting into the higher levels. you wont notice it and it doesnt make a difference since your class increases your speed and your race increases your speed. I played 2 Monks and my first one ended up being optimized to soak up attacks.

How does the mobile feat increase your stats?
Seems to me going with the mobile feat increases my damage where increasing my stats would translate more into defence. Increasing your stats would grant, in addition to +2 AC, +1 to hit and +1 damage per attack. And +1 to two of the most common saving throws.
Do you have to use the same weapon in extra attack?
