You cannot adopt another Webkinz Pet with the same Adoption Code because in Webkinz Classic, every Webkinz Pet has a unique Adoption Code that helps keep track of everything about them. Each Adoption Code will only allow you to adopt one Webkinz Pet. All Webkinz Pets must be sold with an Adoption Code.
How can I add another Webkinz Pet to my account?

How to reactivate an archived Webkinz World account?
If you wish to reactivate an archived account and you remember your login credentials, simply attempt to login to your Webkinz World account to initiate the automatic account recovery process. You will be able to login to your account after 24 hours.
Where do I Find my Adoption code on Webkinz?
Your Pet’s Adoption Code will either be on a tag attached to your plush pet, or it will have been sent to you if the Webkinz Pet was purchased at the Ganz eStore (check your Ganz eStore order history for the Adoption Code). If you haven’t already created an account yet, just click the PLAY button on the homepage and then I’M NEW.
Can you play with your Webkinz on the go?
YES! You can play with your Webkinz on the go using the Webkinz mobile app, available for FREE from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Please note that not all games and features on Webkinz.com are included on the Webkinz mobile app.
Is there a way to merge my Webkinz account?
We can, however, merge accounts if the pets were adopted within the past 30 days. If this is the case, please visit the Webkinz World homepage and click on “Customer Support.” Click on Account Issues and choose the option that applies to you. The secret letters aren’t showing up when we try to adopt the pet.
Can You Put Your Webkinz Pet back on your original account?
I accidentally adopted my new Webkinz Pet under a new user name – can I put my Webkinz Pet back on my original account? If your Webkinz Pets are on two separate accounts and you would like them to be on the same account, the accounts must be merged. It is possible for us to reset your new account if you have started it within the past 30 days.
How do I change my Webkinz World password?
We suggest that all children keep their passwords a secret. To change the password, please go to the Webkinz World home page and click ‘I’m a Member.’ Enter your current username and password and then you’ll be prompted to enter your old password and a new password.
When to change your child’s Webkinz username?
There are only two reasons to change your child’s username: if it is inappropriate or if it gives out personal information (i.e. a first and last name). If this is the case, please visit the Webkinz World homepage and click “Customer Support.”
