In Minecraft, enchanted books can come in different levels for a particular enchantment. If you have two enchanted books that are the same enchantment and level, you can combine the two enchanted books to create one enchanted book that is one level higher.
How do you move enchantments already enchanted?
If you combine an enchanted item and a book in an Anvil, you should be able to transfer the enchantments onto the book. This would cost XP and lower the enchantments’ level by 1 (so you need to start with a level 2 enchantment to get anything).
Can you recharge enchanted items?
However, in Skyrim, recharging is much simpler. When you have a soul gem containing a soul in your inventory, simply go to your Items menu, select Weapons, then scroll to the weapon you wish to recharge.
Can you add another enchant to an enchanted item?
Nope. If an item is already Enchanted with one effect, you can’t add another. If you enchanted a weapon, bought or found a weapon with one enchant you can’t enchant it further. If it has a Destruction based enchant on it, selecting Destruction damage perk’s will enhance the damage of those enchantment’s on the weapon.

Can you replace enchantments with the extra effect Perk?
You cannot replace enchantments, nor can you add to already enchanted items with the Extra Effect perk. It is better to wait until you have a high Enchanting skill and the Extra Effect perk before enchanting good equipment, unless you have the materials to make another one.
Can You double enchant an item in survival?
Basically, just enchant the item again with the already enchanted item on creative. You can’t double enchant items in survival as far as I know, so this is the command; Just do that twice, and you should be able to have two enchantments at once! (tested on 1.9) You could try replacing the item. For example:
