No general rule allows you to insert a bonus action between attacks in a single action. You can interrupt a multiple-attack action with a bonus action/reaction only if the trigger of the bonus action/reaction is an attack, rather than the action.
Do all creatures have attack of opportunity?
Logically, there is no reason to treat any opportunity attack from any creature, whether monster or PC, any differently.
Can you ready an attack action?
No. Beginning at 5th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. The Ready action lets you take the Attack action on someone else’s turn, and thus extra attack does not apply.
When you use the attack action you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action?
The rules say that when you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon you’re holding in one hand, you can use a Bonus Action to attack with another light melee weapon you’re holding in the other hand. If you take the Attack action, you may attack multiple times.

The Ready action lets you ready any action you can take, including Attack, but Extra Attack is on your turn.
Can a creature from a bag of tricks make an attack?
Since such as thing likely happens on the enemy’s turn, you won’t be able to command it to with your bonus action, and it says that it acts “appropriate to its nature” if you don’t give it orders, so can it make opportunity attacks if you do or do not give it orders on your turn (if that makes any difference)?
What happens when you attack a creature that cant see you?
When a creature can’t see you, you have advantage on attack rolls against it. If you are hidden—both unseen and unheard—when you make an attack, you give away your location when the attack hits or misses. Additionally, other characters can perform a Help action to give you advantage in your turn, which would offset the disadvantage above.
Can a blinded creature make a melee attack?
Melee attacks: yes. A Blinded creature may make a melee attack against an unseen creature if it knows or can guess what square it is in. You’ll have disadvantage on the attack roll unless you are otherwise granted advantage (such as if the target is also Blind).
