I treat ki as being a fundamental force of life that monks learn to master and manipulate. It can certainly be used to interact with the Weave (see: Shadow and Four Elements), but it isn’t directly part of the Weave itself.

It doesn’t seem to possess the same limits as Ki, as true magic is rarely seen to have as much of a physical effect on the user as Ki can (except for in the case of the Evil Containment Wave).

Ki is essentially a way to say “life energy,” and chakra could be seen as the same thing but from another perspective. On the other hand, Chakra a is the Hindu term for “wheel” and refers to an energy vortex, like in yoga. The concept of Ki is very similar to the idea that there’s an energy inside you and all around.
How does Ki count as Magic in the multiverse?
Use Ki to access the magic in the multiverse and create a magical effect is thus subject to the general rules on magic arriving via the Weave. That would make a use of Ki magical energy unavailable in an anti-magic field.
Can a monk’s Ki be considered a magical weapon?
Therefore, just as a dragon’s breath weapon is not considered magical, a monk’s ki is also not considered magical. They all work in an antimagic field.
