The Astral Arms aren’t expressly melee weapon attacks, this means it doesn’t work with Stunning Strike. Flurry are unarmed strikes only which the arms are not, they are weapons. Thus the bonus action attacks bullet.

If you or your DM wants to use them as unarmed strikes in addition to being monk weapons and either of you feel it is overpowered, then you can decide not to count them as such. No, they’re not (at least as of the current UA). At 3rd level, your mastery of your ki allows you to summon a portion of your astral self.
