Spells granted by your domain are -in addition- to those you would normally know from your cleric spell list. They do not count against your allotment of prepared spells.

Nope. When you’re preparing your spells after a long rest, you’re preparing things for which you have spell slots. Cantrips don’t use spell slots.

If you have a domain spell that doesn’t appear on the cleric spell list, the spell is nonetheless a cleric spell for you. So when you cast a domain spell it will consume a spell slot. The advantage here is that domain spells are always prepared and don’t count towards the limit of spells you can prepare.
