Dragonborn are the second most prolific race in the Arkhosian Empire, next to humans. They are larger, stronger, and tougher than most races in Nerath, and one of their soldiers is easily worth three of any other race, or so they claim.

What is the difference between dragonkin and Dragonborn?
Dragonkin are similar in appearance to dragonborn, which creates for most of the confusion. Unlike dragonborn, however, the variations in appearance between subraces are quite a bit more dramatic and not based on dragon parent lineage, but on the location from whence they were born.
Are Dragonborn warm-blooded?
Like dragons, dragonborn were often mistaken for reptiles, but were in fact warm-blooded draconic creatures. In fact, the internal body temperature of the dragonborn was warmer than that of most similar races, being so hot as to seem feverish to the human touch.

There is no direct analogue. The closest might be the Nagaji from the Advanced Race Guide – but you can browse all the official races on the SRD and see what might capture dragonborn-age the most to you. There is a section in the back of the Advanced Race Guide for the creation of new races.
