Playing undead is definitly harder to heal. Most of the time i find myself standing in some kind of fire (Fane is a DeathKnight kinda deal in my game, so up close and personal), and the explosions negate most of the healing. Necro spells also work. I think moskito swarm does, the leech spell does for certain.
