A Paladin does not need to have any faith whatsoever in 5e. In older editions they did, but in 5e they swear an Oath to the universe so powerful that they are granted special powers. That Oath can de to a specific deity, but doesn’t have to.

Can you worship multiple gods DND?
If your character prays to multiple nature-based deities, you could always rule that different channel divinities are for the different deities. There are no rules about it. Your character can worship and pray to whomever he wants so long as it works for your DM.
Where do Paladins get their powers in Forgotten Realms?
In previous editions, official FR material dictated that paladins receive their powers from deities. In general, deities are a major part of this polytheistic setting, and mortals and powers are well-aware of this. Deities get to run the (meta)physics of the world and not having faith diminishes their power and causes imbalance.
