Flanking is optional rule in 5e but if you meat the requirements of it those people who are flanking do get advantage on melee attacks. So your ranged attack won’t benefit from it but you do give flanking advantage bonus to your opposite player if he attacking melee.
Does flanking work with ranged 5e?
Remember that ranged attackers can’t make flank attacks, and that melee attackers must be on opposite sides of a target—and both attacking that same target—in order to gain flanking advantage. And ranged attackers will pick off isolated characters who try to make an end run around the front line.
