A stunned creature is incapacitated (see the condition), can’t move, and can speak only falteringly. The creature automatically fails Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Attack rolls against the creature have advantage.
Does stunned give advantage?

The stun lasts for an entire round and revokes the creature’s ability to move, take any actions, and reactions. The creature is effectively useless for one round. Stunning Strike also provides some combat utility to the party by giving advantage to any attacks made against the stunned creature.
