The Arcane Trickster just uses the regular Mage Hand, but they get some extra bonuses to it. That doesn’t make it a separate spell. They still just use the regular version of the spell.

Arcane Power – Increases your damage done and reduces your mana costs by 30%. Use this in your burn phase (see below). Presence of Mind – Makes your next two Arcane Blast s instant. Use this at the end of Arcane Power, to get more Arcane Blast casts into the cooldown; or when moving.
