Levels in the Bloodrager does not gain any Rage Powers at all. Blood Rage Powers are a type of Rage Powers that were introduced in the Advanced Class Guide, that allow a Barbarian to mimic some parts of the Bloodline Powers of a Bloodrager.

When do you Choose Your lineage in bloodrager?
At 1st level, you chose what bloodline has given you your magical powers. You may choose your lineage from the following options: Draconic Bloodline, Flame Bloodline, Abyssal Bloodline, Divine Bloodline, or Ocean Bloodline. Your choice grants you features at 1st level and again at 6th, 14th, and 18th level.
Do you need a bloodline mutation to be a bloodrager?
A bloodrager need not be in a bloodrage to use her bloodline mutation powers. Alternatively, a bloodrager or sorcerer can select a bloodline mutation in place of a bloodline bonus feat, provided her class level is at least equal to the level of the bloodline ability the mutation normally replaces.
