Lulu’s ult makes him grow more than cho gath due to the extra health. I’m not sure how big exactly, or if there’s a size limit, but if you can get steraks gage off while still at full health on him, I know you’ll be much bigger than baron.
How many stacks can you get with cho’gath?

When to use cho’gath’s ultimate up or down?
Cho’Gath gets significantly more kill pressure with his ultimate up. If you know you cannot kill your opponent when you hit 6, just feast on a minion. Do not waste time. You want to get to 5 or 6 stacks by the time you are level 11 so that you can unluck Warmog’s Heart passive. Laning should be a breeze after that.

This build should only be played by ChoGath players who can hit an entire combo without making a mistake/missing Q as this build is far more rewarding than any other BUT also very punishing if you fail to successfully 1v1 your lane oponent and give him a lead.
