@VandalHeart “does the damage dice from Hex double on a critical?” Yep.
What kind of damage does Hunter’s Mark do?
The Hunter’s Mark does not do damage, it increases the damage of the weapon attack. So, whether the extra d6 is magical or not, it depends on the weapon attack. If you are doing it with a magical weapon, then the extra d6 is magical.
What does critical strike do?
For the magical type, see spell critical strike. Critical strike (often abbreviated as “crit” or “crit strike”) refers to 100% bonus physical damage (twice your normal damage) that occurs as a result of an attack made with melee or ranged weapons.
How does Hunter’s Mark work on a crit?
Yes, the damage from Hunter’s Mark is also doubled on a crit. If the attack involves other damage dice, such as from the rogue’s Sneak Attack feature, you roll those dice twice as well. Until the spell ends, you deal an extra 1d6 damage to the target whenever you hit it with a weapon attack.
Can a unarmed strike trigger a hunter’s Mark?
Yes, unarmed strikes count as weapon attacks and will trigger Hunter’s Mark. Instead of using a weapon to make a melee weapon attack, you can use an unarmed strike: a punch, kick, head-butt, or similar forceful blow (none of which count as weapons).
When does a critical strike occur in League of Legends?
A critical strike is a damage effect that deals 175% of its normal damage by default, denoted as critical strike damage. This can occur on some items and abilities, and almost always on basic attacks. Depending on the effect, a critical strike would occur under specific conditions, or based on critical strike chance.
How does critical strike chance work in RuneScape?
When averaged over a large number of autoattacks and at base critical damage (100% bonus damage ), critical strike chance is essentially a damage multiplier where each 1% of critical chance adds 1% bonus damage. Thus at 50% critical strike chance a champion deals ( on average) 150% damage with autoattacks, not counting bonus critical strike damage.
