Dragonborn don’t have a natural AC bonus or anything like that. The only other ways I know of for a Barbarian to raise their AC using Unarmoured Defence is to hold a shield or to be Warforged.
What classes get unarmored defense?
Monks and barbarians have unarmored defense (and draconic sorcerers). Lizardfolk, Luxodon, Locatha, and Tortles get a natural armor.
