No; Being Large doesn’t inherently increase your reach (from the edge of your space); you just have a larger space to reach from. In general, creature size is not directly related to reach.
What is the reach of a whip?
The whip is treated as a melee weapon with 15-foot reach, though you don’t threaten the area into which you can make an attack. In addition, unlike most other weapons with reach, you can use it against foes anywhere within your reach (including adjacent foes).

A signal whip usually measures between 0.9 and 1.2 metres (3 and 4 ft) in length. Whips range in length from 1 metre (3 ft) to very long bullwhips of 6 metres (20 ft) with some examples being even longer. A fall is a single piece of leather between 25 and 75 cm (10 and 30 in) in length.
Are whips finesse?
Whips are practically made for rogues. They are a finesse weapon with reach. This would give melee rogues an extra 5 ft. to work within melee distance. If we give rogues proficiency with whips the weapon now has a niche.
Do whips really break the sound barrier?
That’s a sonic boom, the shockwave created when the tip of the whip breaks the sound barrier. It turns out that the cracking noise is actually created by a loop traveling along the whip, picking up speed. And when it reaches the speed of sound, it creates a sonic boom.
Are there any magical effects that reduce size?
Multiple magical effects that reduce size do not stack. Reduce person counters and dispels enlarge person. Reduce person can be made permanent with a permanency spell. This spell functions like reduce person, except that it affects multiple creatures. You can decrease the target’s size by up to two categories, to a minimum of Tiny.
How big is a creature that reduces in size to medium?
A Large humanoid creature whose size decreases to Medium has a space of 5 feet and a natural reach of 5 feet. This spell doesn’t change the target’s speed. All equipment worn or carried by a creature is similarly reduced by the spell. Melee and projectile weapons deal less damage.
What happens when you enlarge a melee weapon?
Melee weapons affected by this spell deal more damage (see Table: Medium/Large Weapon Damage ). Other magical properties are not affected by this spell. Any enlarged item that leaves an enlarged creature’s possession (including a projectile or thrown weapon) instantly returns to its normal size.
Is the UC whip the same as the AA whip?
There are two Scorpion Whips. The UC whip is not longer legal in PFS. Instead they use the AA whip. See this reddit post for the full explanation. I have put the relevant bits below. Technically the UC whip is the later printed item and thus supersedes the AA whip, but it is a horrible mess of confusion.
