Closed 3 years ago. A character is at 0 HP with two failed death saving throws and is lying unconscious on the ground, sharing the same area with the effect of the Healing Spirit spell. The character makes a death saving throw and either succeeds or fails, which may result in their death.
Can you heal unconscious players DND?
No such rule exists. The best way to save a creature with 0 hit points is to heal it. A creature receives full healing from any healing spell while unconscious and at 0 hit points, and they immediately become conscious again: This unconsciousness ends if you regain any hit points.
Can you heal an unconscious person 5e?
If healing is unavailable, the creature can at least be stabilized so that it isn’t killed by a failed death saving throw. You can use your action to administer first aid to an unconscious creature and attempt to stabilize it, which requires a successful DC 10 Wisdom (Medicine) check.
Can you use spiritual weapon while unconscious?

Can a person help an unconscious character in RuneScape?
Personally, I’d say that if someone else helps the unconscious character, they can heal as normal. In addition, if the helping character makes a Medicine check of an appropriate DC (as a rough ballpark, 15 minus the unconscious character’s Constitution modifier) then I’d allow the helping character to also heal themselves by half the usual amount.
