You can choose which one to use (although both would key off the beast’s strength mod, so you’re really only choosing which base damage die to use) because the beast you have Wild Shaped into also has the ability to make a bite attack and that’s all Hungry Jaws needs.

Lizardfolk in Volo’s is already considered quite powerful and then to make a Lizardfolk druid. If I was DM I would question your motives for doing this. Assuming you genuinely want to play this, I would rule it like so. I wouldn’t allow the Natural Armor to carry over to your Wild Shaped form.
