When do you get Channel Divinity in RuneScape?
At 2nd level, you gain the ability to channel divine energy directly from your deity, using that energy to fuel magical effects. Spells and other magical effects, except those created by an artifact or a deity, are suppressed in the sphere and can’t protrude into it.
Can you use divine smite in the anti magic field?
I personally would rule as follows: only Fighting Style and Extra Attack function within the area of antimagic field. Instantaneous effects (like Lay on Hands or Divine Smite) used inside the area are consumed but have no effect.
Can a Paladin ignore an anti-magic field?
That’s saying antimagic field won’t stop a god, not that divine classes can ignore it. Well in 5e Paladins don’t even get their powers from a god, so that’s a moot point. But take a cleric for example, the God isn’t creating the spell, he’s just giving the cleric the power to create the spell.
When does An antimagic field suppress a magical effect?
Antimagic Field suppresses both kinds of magical effects. When you make an unarmed strike that has no Ki points spent, you still channel Ki to overcome resistance or immunity to non magical attacks and damage. (P. 79 PHB) This would be suppressed in an Antimagic Field based on the above reasoning.
