Unfortunately, skills vary and don’t explicitly state. A lot of large skills that can’t be rapidly used (e.g: Wave of Light, Exploding Palm) use MH damage afaik but it seems the majority of skills in D3 truly alternate left and right. All monk attacks alternate hands.
