The spell gives you an inherent fly speed, even if it’s only for a short time. Mobile increases your speed (and doesn’t specify a single type of speed so it applies to all speeds) by 10 feet.

How fast can a DND character go?
I present: the fastest that a PC can move in an AL legal D&D 5e game in a single turn: 2880 feet in a turn. This translates into the following: 480 feet per second. 146.306 meters per second (just about a quarter of the speed of a bullet)
How does the mobile feat increase your speed?
The mobile feat increases your speed by 10 feet, so if your base movement was 30, it is now 40. Then, if you stand up, you use half your movement. The rules are very clear on that.
Why does the mobile feat add 10 points?
This makes sense because these attributes are impossible to meaningfully compare across a variety of creatures of different sizes, strengths, body configurations, etc. The Mobile feat (PHB, p. 168) essentially adds 10 “speed points” to a character’s movement budget to reflect an increase in all movement abilities.
What happens when you take the dash action?
When you take the Dash action, you gain extra movement for the current turn. The player begins their turn prone, with 30 feet of movement. They spend half their movement to stand up, putting them at 15 feet left of 30 total. Then, they take the Dash action, increasing their speed by 30 feet. They are now at 45 feet of 60 total.
How much movement does a prone character have?
So, in the example above, a prone character with a speed of 30ft would start the turn with 30 available feet of movement. 15ft of this is used (1/2 of speed), and there is 15ft left, the dash action is declared for the turn, granting another 30ft of movement (this is equal to the speed stat) which totals 45ft of available movement.
