Player Positioning. A players’ chemistry is impacted by how closely his position on the pitch in your squad matches the positioning set on his card item in FUT.
How do you get 10 Chem on a player?
A player who has the required connections with the rest of the squad will have 10 chemistry only when placed in his designated position. If you place him in a position close to the one assigned by the card, he will get 9 chemistry points.
Why does FIFA keep change my players positions?
Re: Career mode glitch, players swap positions and tactics change. No, it is a glitch. If you start a game, before even kick off the players will move around and swap positions. Game plan formations will change to something that wasn’t set beforehand.

The attributes that Chemistry modifies are determined by the applied Chemistry Style. Player who comes on as a substitute: Substitutes are assigned a Static Individual Player Chemistry of 5. That means their individual Chemistry is 25% from Team Chemistry and 75% from their Static Individual Player Chemistry of 5.
How much does loyalty increase chemistry?
Loyalty – Players who have played 10 or more matches for your Club will receive a loyalty bonus, increasing their Player Chemistry by 1. This is indicated by the green shield icon on their card.
Can you change positions in FIFA Career Mode?
Yes you can. It’s something you can do in player development. If you go to the player you want to change and hit either trigger on your controller (LT or RT) you’ll switch from training type for the current position, to a list of different positions you can choose.
Why does my formation change?
it does not auto change, unless you tell it to. Are you having that formation setup on D-PAD, and do you accidently press left (or right) on it? If your opponent changes formation , then your team and marking will try and adapt for player movements.
