Nothing stops a warlock from wielding a light pact weapon in one hand and a shadow blade in the other. With that combination, you could attack twice with Thirsting Blade and make a bonus action attack with the shadow blade.
Can you combine thirsting blade with extra attack?
If you gain extra attack for being a level 5 Paladin it does not stack with the warlock incantation Thirsting Blade you can use it with the fighter gaining nits third attack at level 11, which would give you 3 attacks.

Do you need Warcaster if you have improved pact weapon?
Have you considered taking the Improved Pact Weapon Invocation? It allows you to use your Pact Weapon as a spellcasting focus, so you’ll have a focus in hand while you’re in melee, and you can carry a shield. You’ll also have a +1 Pact Weapon, and you can take that ASI instead of Warcaster.
Is Shadow Blade a bonus action?
You have to cast it as an action, it’s a bonus action to move the hand, and it’s a separate bonus action to get advantage using it. Shadow blade is simpler and doesn’t use your bonus action every turn.
Does Warlock get extra attack?
Base warlock has one attack, two if you dual wield and use your bonus action for your second attack. If he took the blade pact and the corresponding invocation it grants him a second attack as part of the attack action.

Can a warlock use thirsting blade with a non-warlock?
The warlock’s Thirsting Blade eldritch invocation cannot be normally used with the (non-warlock) class feature Extra Attack, since both feature explicitly say you attack twice instead of once. But it seems to me that you could use both features (if you have them) when using Two-Weapon Fighting.
